Just like the other Fairytale Legends slot games, there’s a magical feel to the design here. Set against a woodland backdrop, you’ll see lower value royal values, a lantern, a crystal, a Princess and a Queen. The best payer is the Fairytale Legends logo which awards 15 times your stake if you land 5 on adjacent reels. Net Entertainment has squeezed in plenty of extras:
Mirror Re-Spin feature - this is triggered when the mirror symbol lands on the middle reel in the base game (or on reels 1, 2 or 3 in the Free Spins feature). The mirror then transforms into either the Princess or the Queen. All other matching Princess or Queen symbols lock in place for the re-spin that follows.
The game also comes with 3 randomly triggered extras:
- Fairy Magic Spin feature - between 5 and 7 medium value symbols can overlay on the reels for a spin to create a new winning combination.
- Fairy Surprise feature - this can become live following any losing spin. 1 medium value symbol is chosen at random. Starting with the lowest value playing card value, the symbols transform into the specially selected symbol into a winning combination is created.
- Fairy Mirror feature - here you’ll trigger the Mirror Re-Spin feature.
Look out for the treasure chest symbol - when these land on reels 1, 3 and 5 on the same spin, you’ll trigger the bonus round. Pick 1 of the chests to see which of the following features you’ll receive:
- Mining Bonus feature - you’ll be offered a selection of 9 crystals. Smash them with a pickaxe to reveal an award of up to 50 times your total stake.

Just like the other slot games in this series Fairytale Legends: Mirror Mirror is a well-constructed game. The design is nicely done and there’s a good selection of modifiers and features on offer to keep things interesting. It’s not especially original and you’ll have seen all the extras many times before. It’s all solid enough though. Saying that, you can win over 1,822 times your stake on every spin!
The fairytale theme isn’t one of our favourites. If you do enjoy cutesy princesses and the like then Fairytale Legends: Mirror Mirror, while not the fairest of them all, is a perfectly decent outing from Net Entertainment. If you like the theme, Beauty & The Beast from Yggdrasil Gaming and Adventures Beyond Wonderland from Ash Gaming are excellent choices.
