Visually, Blood Queen looks excellent and is set in Transylvania – you are taken to a graveyard at night-time (of course). Symbols on the reels include A, K, Q and J playing cards, stakes (for killing vampires), demons and rubies. You will also see the game’s main characters, Van Hell and Blood Queen Ivanka. The question is whether you’ll side with the hero Van Hell or with the Vampire Blood Queen Ivanka? I would personally opt for the Blood Queen Free Spins feature due to the possibility of 4 wild reels on every free spin.
