Net Entertainment has revealed that they will be developing a Jumanji slot game together with Sony Pictures Consumer Products Inc.
NetEnt released a video on their YouTube channel confirming the news – if you watch the trailer (below), you will see the slot game will be based on the original Jumanji movie which was released in 1995. Starring Robin Williams and Kirsten Dunst, the film went on to become a cult classic.
The timing from NetEnt is superb as the current Jumanji film (Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle) is now the number 1 movie around the world! The slot game version will surely benefit from superb graphics and animations as well as clips from the classic film – it would be good to see Robin Williams feature too.
